Ken has over 29 years of experience in Investment Management and Retirement Plan Consulting Services. He has extensive experience in plan design, investment policy, investment option selection and fiduciary responsibility. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds the Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P®) designation from TRAU, the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS ®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Ken and his wife, Barb, reside in Anderson Township and are blessed with two children, Paige and Alex.
Martha Ostendarp, Director
Martha is retired from her position as Early Matters Coordinator at Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati, and she is the grandmother of a child with Down Syndrome.
Ramzi Nuseibeh, Director
Ramzi is a small business owner, member and current president of a service-oriented organization in Lawrenceburg, IN, and an experienced fundraising event planner.
Ratan Tadiparthi, Director & Chair of Community Outreach & Engagement
Ratan is Vice President, Data & Analytics at Fifth Third Bank. He has enjoyed a 20+ year career in enterprise software, data and analytics in financial services and healthcare among other industries. Ratan discovered Melodic Connections in his quest for innovative tools for building high performance teams at Fifth Third. “I’m a big believer in can-do people doing transformative things with technology and data, and in Melodic Connections, I immediately recognized can-do people doing magic with music and community. It was a perfect fit and I am excited to be a part of the change they are pioneering through music.”
John Gardner, Director
John holds a BA in Music Performance in Percussion from Oberlin College and a Master’s Degree in music performance from The University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. He has performed with The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Opera and The Dayton Philharmonic, among others. He has been an instructor at Cincinnati School for the Creative and Performing Arts and Vice-Chancellor of The North Carolina School of the Arts.
Dietra Williams, Director
Dietra (Dee) is a long-time resident of Silverton, Ohio, the community that is home to the Melodic Connections’ studio. She is the grandmother of Quincy who is a student in the Melodic Connections conservatory, service learning, and podcast programs. Dee enjoys sharing her experiences as an advocate for an individual with a developmental disability, and supporting other family caregivers who are traveling the same path.
Miguel Garcia, Chair of Employment Committee
Miguel is Associate Director NA Transportation and Warehousing Finance at Procter and Gamble. He is responsible for the Supply Chain Finance function of the warehousing operations in North America, and inbound Logistics and International Trade operations. Miguel is an advocate in employment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Jeremy David, Educator, Forest Hills School System
Jeremy is a music specialist in the K-6 classroom with Forest Hills School District. He holds a Masters in Music Education from University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music.
